Pricing Sources:

Cards are evaluated using TCGplayer.com Direct Low value. Video games and consoles are evaluated using PriceCharting.com (synced monthly). We reserve the right to manually adjust values or decline items displaying evidence of price manipulation, temporary buyouts, or pricing anomalies.

Condition, Graded Items, & Bulk:

Payout percentages apply to the exact condition and completeness of the item:

Card Singles:

We use TCGplayer for our grading guidelines (see here). For cards, Lightly Played (LP) is the highest condition we assess. All cards MUST be removed from binders, hard top loaders, screw cases, or anything besides a normal sleeve so that it can be scanned for its value. We do not pay premiums for professionally graded or slabbed items; all cards and video games are evaluated at their raw, ungraded value. Standard cards valued under $1.00 are not individually evaluated and are purchased to be included in the total payout.

Video Game Items:

Video game systems that are missing components will have the value of the missing component deducted from the total value (Examples: Controller, HDMI, AC cord, charge cord, stylus, etc.). Loose video game discs (not cartridges) under $29.99, and CIB video games under $9.99 where we already possess 2 or more copies, are not individually evaluated and are purchased to be included in the total payout.

Process & Finality:

Any trade, based on staff discretion and current processing volume, may be required to be dropped off for processing. Trades will be processed in order of availability and at the staff's discretion. Once your items are processed, we will contact you with your payout total via phone call or text. Upon cash or store credit being issued, the transaction is final and the property becomes the sole possession of Game Masters LLC. All cash payouts over $100 in a singular business day will be in the form of a check through ANB Bank.

● You must be 18 years old or older, and able to provide valid ID (Drivers License, State ID, Passport, or Military ID) on payout of the trade.

● You must be the legal owner of this property, and free and clear to sell this property (with no liens or other claims to said property).

● You must be of sound mind and body while completing the transaction.
